About the Owner
Keith Gavigan began his career in 1987 with ServiceMaster of Bridgeport. Since then, he has worked with many franchisees supporting and selling new and existing franchises. He has also purchased businesses in the Cheshire, New Haven, and Hartford areas. Now, over 18 years later, Keith continues to deliver quality service to his customers. In recognition of this fact, Keith received the ServiceMaster achiever award in 2000, the Disaster Restoration Director award in 2001, and the ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration Executive award in 2004.
Keith was born and raised in Rochester, NY and currently lives in Prospect, CT with his wife Kate, and three children Maeve, Grady and Hope.
Meet Our Team
Jose "Luis" Montanez
Supervisor
Jose Montanez was born in South Bronx, NY, and was raised in Puerto Rico. He currently lives in Meriden, CT with his seven sons! He loves to fish and play pool. He also loves spending time with his kids.
Jose has been a part of our team for over eight years. He is Lead-safe certified, certified in Blood Borne Pathogens, & The Right to Know.
Jose says that every day is a new challenge, which is why he loves his job so much. Carpet servicing is his favorite job. Other jobs he completes on a regular basis include fire and water damage, and sewer clean ups.
Colin Ebbs
Service Technician
Colin is another one of our technicians that loves demolition jobs! He enjoys working with all the crew members and works in a team effort. He states that he does not mind the early morning phone calls for emergency jobs at all!
He spends his personal time playing magic card game, video games, driving and traveling. He lives in Thomaston and also loves to spend time with his extended family, Mom & Dad.
We found out that he was a wrestler at the American School for the deaf and had even competed in a National Tournament in California with the team.
Connor Morse
Service Technician
Connor is the New Guy on the Block and eager to learn the ropes! He is ready for new challenges and working with great co-workers!
He loves sports and cars and is a great addition to our crews. Welcome aboard Connor!
Hamza Atrous
Technician
Hamza is a great addition to our Technician Crew! He has a strong work ethic and a true willingness to learn and master all there is to do as a Technician her at ServiceMaster Apple Valley.
James Vargas
Service Technician
James has been with ServiceMaster Apple Valley for 2 years. Demo work is his favorite and he is very good at organization! He is looking forward to growing more within the company.
He loves to spend his time with his family. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY but now calls Meriden his home.
Jeff Roy
Operations Manager
Jeff Roy was born in New Britain, CT, and was raised in Maine. He has been with the ServiceMaster team for four years. He is certified in WRT (Water Restoration Technician), Blood Borne Pathogens, The Right to Know, and he is also Lead-Safe certified.
Jeff enjoys the challenges he has to face every day on the job. It is always changing and provides a new and different look everyday. He once had to demo the interior of a three family home. To get the material demo'd outside, he and his crew had to build a 30' chute with sonnet tubes feeding into dumpsters. It was an extremely challenging job, and is one of Jeff's best memories here at ServiceMaster.
Jeff loves to golf and attend church and its activities. He also loves spending time with his family.
Jordan Palmer
Technician
For Jordan, every job is different. He says that there is never the same thing back to back and he likes that about the job. One of his best memories of a job with ServiceMaster was the overnight water damage that occured at a strip mall in Bristol. The pipe had frozen, burst and caused major damage to 3 stores.
Jordan was born in New Milford. He has a younger brother and sister. He currently resides in Winsted. He loves to spend his time working on his car and truck, computer programming and working out.
Jose Rosa

What does Jose like about his job?.... EVERYTHING! But he especially likes that he gets to meet new people!
Jose lives in Meriden but was originally born in Brooklyn NY. He enjoys driving and watching TV with his kids.
"I love new challenges because I enjoy learning new things." That sums Jose up quite well.
