Device Credit Agreement Tesco Mobile
4.1 This Service Contract is subject to a minimum contract term, the duration of which will be clearly explained to you before offering the Tesco Pay Monthly service (“Minimum Contract Term”). Your minimum contractual term begins with the activation of your SIM card and, if applicable, your mobile phone. This is also your billing date, unless you request another billing date in accordance with paragraph 4.4. 9.9 If you notify us that your mobile phone and/or SIM card is lost or stolen, we have the right to prevent use on the network. We may also exchange the identity of the mobile phone with other network operators who choose to prevent the use of the mobile phone on their networks. 2.10 If we are unable to provide the SIM card and, where applicable, a mobile phone, for any reason that is not under our control, we will not be liable to you and you may choose to cancel part or all of the order. Please cancel your direct debit until the final invoice is paid. If your account is credited, we will use this data to give you a refund. 9.5 You can ask us to include your mobile phone number in a telephone directory and/or information service. However, you should be aware that if you request this service, a tax may be levied and your number is made available to companies that compile information for marketing purposes. If you are worried about this, you can prevent this by saving your mobile phone number on www.tpsonline.org.uk to the phone preferences service.
If you would like your mobile phone number to be included in a directory and/or information service, please contact us from your Tesco Mobile phone on 0345 301 4455 or 4455. 3.5 Once we become aware that you wish to terminate your service agreement, we will credit any amount charged to your credit or debit card when you have made your purchase. We will do this within 30 days of the date of cancellation, provided that you meet the requirements of Section 3. If you have used the monthly service of Tesco Mobile Pay, the user fee is charged in accordance with paragraph 3.4. We will send you a final invoice showing these fees. The final invoice must be paid on the regular monthly payment date you chose when purchasing the Tesco Mobile Pay monthly service. If you are an Anytime Upgrade Flex customer with a rolling use agreement, you do not have to pay etc for your user agreement, even if you have to pay your credit agreement. 3.1 If you change your mind after purchasing a SIM card and, if applicable, a mobile phone, you may inform us at any time that you wish to terminate within 14 working days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the SIM card and, where applicable, the mobile phone (“cooling-off period”).
